I sent a support ticket awhile ago, but I can't mass delete mail. I check all of my mail, and select delete, and nothing happens. Just sits there, no change of page, nothing. Would like to clear out my box.
Try opening each message.
At the end of the message you'll find a delete button. See if that works.
I just do mine as you describe. I check all the boxes, then go back up to the top and press delete.
Try the other method. Say if it works.
I tried but was unable to replicate this issue. Going to see if any other zoners post with this problem.
What browser and version are you using?
I am unable to delete my sent and received private messages. I can't even select them. But I'm not sure if it's due to my inexperience with the braillenote, or to some compatibility issue this device might have with the site. Perhaps it's neither.
I will have to check and see whether the problem persists after I get a new PC and attempt this same operation. When that will be, however, only heaven knows...
I was able to check boxes and delete all messages using IE
